Weddings

The 45th District Court performs marriage ceremonies by appointment only.

• Marriage ceremonies are held on Wednesdays and  Fridays at 11:00 am as available.
• Requests for immediate ceremonies are denied.
• To schedule a marriage ceremony, call the civil division at (248) 691-7440 ext. 2

On the day of the ceremony, you will need the following:

• Marriage License (obtained from the County)
• Two witnesses over the age of 18
• $10 marriage fee
