Weddings

The 45th District Court performs marriage ceremonies by appointment only for residents of Oak Park, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, and the Charter Township of Royal Oak.

• Marriage ceremonies are held on Tuesdays at 11:00 am as available.
• Requests for immediate ceremonies are denied.
• To schedule a marriage ceremony, call the civil division at 248-691-7440 prompt #2.

On the day of the ceremony, you must provide the following:

• Marriage License obtained from the the Oakland County Clerk's office. 
• Two witnesses over the age of 18
• $10 marriage fee
